I am working to get back into shape after 7 years of ME/CFS.
Stamina is probably the most difficult thing and I know it will take time. Thanks for showing the progression. I can-t do a burpee to save myself, but watching your break down gives me hope.
I was an active athlete in swimming before my illness.
It-s the same in all things you want to improve in.
As a pianist, I can tell you that you cannot progress until you master the easier moves. It-s critical.
I love your videos!

I'm so happy to learn from your videos, as I'm a beginner, I haven't had any bad habit. It's very difficult to do the exercices correctly only by watching others doing them. Your explaination is so effective and simple to understand, I will check once a week to find out if my mouvements are still good. Thanks for sharing. By the way, your body is gorgeous! -

Some great tips, thank you! I'd given up on single leg glute bridge, feeling that things weren't right, but not knowing how to progress. Likewise the double leg raise and having no clue how to stop my back arching. Will definitely be including these tips into my workouts. --

Judo pushups are MMA exercise that tkd hapkido Muay Thai kickboxer and UFC MMA fighter use to improve shoulder strength, mobility, core strength and hip mobility. I should know because I do this exercise as a warmup.
And how you demonstrate was quite poor and incorrect.

Hi I really appreciate your videos and educating us. Whenever I do my cardio in the morning, my thighs and glutes begin to have this intense itch. I think it-s called runners itch. Are you familiar with this? Do you have any advice on what I could do to stop this?

What strenght exercises would you recommend for someone overweight to the point that most the bodyweight exercises aren't possible? Bodyweight squat yes, but glute bridge, planks are no, and even birddog type stuff is just painful on the knees.

I've been told by my yoga teacher that it's OK to -dome- the upper back in plank. I'd like to know the reasons why you suggested against this form. What exactly will I be risking injuring?

Thank you so much for this, I finally understand why the double leg lowers always pulled my lower back. No-one ever explained to me the need to tilt my pelvis, it has made such a difference!

Thank you, Cori! This was my cue that I need to regress from Bulgarians on the bench, to doing them on a bunch of plates stacked up. My form has been wonky lately, so it's back to the basics.

Thank you so much for this video! I always try to force myself to do more and sacrifice form and risk injury. I know I shouldn't do this but this helped remind me and humble myself.
