I'm recovering from anorexia and damn this video is a blessing. I love your confidence in showing your body and it helped me a lot to see that even really athetic women have imperfections. I thought that I'm ugly and terrible for having cellulite and it literally made me cry when I saw that I'm not the only one. As I follow some fitness coaches in media, they all seem so perfect and flawless that always makes me anxious about myself.
It's so so true that losing weight won't make you happy, as a fact, when I was starving myself I felt terrible and mad at myself. I'm trying to cure my obsession with how much I weight because it's just a freaking numeber: D
Only now when I'm working out daily and eating right I feel finnaly happy and glad about myself. You're such an inspirational woman and just want to thank you very much

Wow, thanks so much for sharing this. I was ridiculed, judged, shamed, abused, etc throughout my childhood and I still struggle w body image. If I was -chunky- my family pointed it out. If I was -skinny- they pointed it out, but as a flaw. I finally cut most of them out of my life and I feel so much better. I really want to get more into calisthenics as local gyms seem to have creeps in each one and I'm sick of it! I just wanna work out and meet others on the same journey. And FYI acupuncture has helped me alot w inflammation and anxiety. In TCM skin issues are linked to lung health, and grief is the emotion linked w the lungs. Sometimes it's unresolved grief causing skin issues, but you look AMAZING and I didn't notice it in ur full body pics at all.

OMG! I had my first son when I was 18. I gained 32 kilos during that pregnancy ( I weighed 48 kg when I got pregnant) and I got soo many stretchmarks on my lower belly. I lost all the weight as I breastfed and by month 6 or 8 I was back to my normal weight but I've never been to the beach again, never worn a bathing suit (I'm 33 now. It affected me on a profound level. I admire youfor this video and for being so accepting of your body. You look amazing and there shouldn't be any reason why anyone should feel the way I have felt so many years. I'd love to go back in time and tell myself that it is ok and that it is more important to live than to hide becuse I'm not perfect enough. Loved this video

I have huge stretch marks on my shoulders, arms, back, boobs, stomach and hips. I am so self conscious about them I'm never able to wear any clothing that reveals them in any way. I'm now on a journey to loose 40 kg. 20 kg down 20 more to go and honestly the stretch marks get worse and worse every time I loose the slightest weight. But I can't afford to stop loosing weight just because of that. I've tried everything to make them go away (castor oil, lemon, vitamin e, aelo Vera, specialized creams) and nothing has ever worked for me at all. I hope someday I will be as comfortable as you are with my body.

As I watched this I realized that I don't really have any reason to be so self conscious about my body. My family, friends, and boyfriend love me the way I am regardless of how I look and that's all that should matter. And also I love myself despite everything and despite being self conscious so I shouldn't worry about what strangers think because it doesn't matter what they think that is their business. There might have been more i wanted to say but I lost my train of thought so I'll just end with that lol. Oh, thank you btw I felt better about myself after watching your video I appreciate it.

Asking a woman if they have stretch marks, cellulite or loose skin is like asking any human if they have hair in their bodies. It's something that comes with being a human, we are not perfect, we struggle with much imperfections. Just strive to do your best in your life, try not to over fixate in small things like appearance, more like Lucy says, have fun, love your body, do the best to achieve a healthy mindset, lifestyle and body. But don't fall into the -perfect- world social media sells to you. I hope you all have a beautiful life.

I see that you're so transparent and honest and real that of course people will want to listen to you! I love all the topics you brought up in this video and it shows that all you want is to genuinely help people - you're an inspiration, everyone thin or not has these insecurities, we need to learn not to be so critical of ourselves. I feel like I'm not so critical with myself but when people has made comments about my body it really sticks in my mind and bothers me for a while.

I-m 65 years old and have lost 40 pounds. My daughter died and i gained 50 pounds. But its all the horrible damage is primarily on my upper arms and on my legs. Ive tried everything to working out 4 days a week, with weights but it is still like a massive jiggling mess. I hate my legs, and even though i have a partner I just cant walk around anywhere. I went to see a plastic surgeon and if I had 22 thousand dollars i could do something about it. But i dont have it, any advise?

Thanks. A lot.
You could or should be even much more confident than you are right now.
It's a very cool thing to do, to open up like this and talk about these insecurites, that probably every woman struggles with.
You are a very attractive and likeable person. And sharing your journey and insecurities makes you even more likeable.
Encouraging other women is a very remarkable and valuable thing to do.
Chapeau!

girl, i have psoraisis too! I dont know many people that have it in real life so it's so cool to see some one else with it! When I was younger I used to get it on my face too, thankfully that seems to be over with for the past couple of years I have been getting it only on neck and back but hey, sometimes it happens and I just tell people I got a skin condition and go about my day! Really cool video and great attitude: )
