Hey Guys, Here is an upper body calisthenics workout that you can do at home with just a chair (if you are true beginner you won't need this. There is a total of three rounds and I have advanced the exercises in each round, however as always pick the option thats means it is challenging to complete all the reps and you can advance the exercises as you get stronger. As long as you are challenging yourself that is the main thing! Before taking part in an exercise program make sure that you are fit and healthy and take precautions to minimise injury. If you have any concerns you should consult your doctor before beginning. Most importantly have fun! This was great! I love the fact that you did not include music! Tons of workout videos come with super upbeat (pop or electronic) music and I usually find that too much. I think it's great that you included beginner options and more advanced options. I'll do this routine once a week from now on along with ashtanga yoga, some more core work, and splits training. I think it will help me with those nasty jump-throughs in ashtanga yoga! :) Thanks a bunch! :)

Hello, I have been so consistent for the past 6 weeks; changing up my program every 2 weeks. This week started rocky because I wasn't being consistent with waking up early and sleeping early. It made working out more challenging for me. But I gotta say, this workout made me feel pumped and strong- and it challenged me. I wanna keep doing calisthenics now! so fun and its something to look forward to. Thank you for this

Thanks for the video! I know you're just starting these workouts so the quality may not be on par with more popular fitness influencers. But I'd like to say that I found this workout great! Your commentary is informative and so encouraging! With my gym closed, I thought I wouldn't be able to continue my calisthenics workouts, you've shown me otherwise, thank you for being so inspiring: )

Thank you! At last an actual, clear cut 'how to' for a beginners calisthenics workout without distracting fluff. I've been searching for quite a while, but most 'beginner' videos require one to sit through pretentious bro-science lecturing and/or transformational life stories before getting to actual excercises (which then turn out to be not so beginner friendly) Well done!

Hey! I weigh 64kgs and 5 feet 8 inches tall, pretty fit and flexible. I used to practice weight lifting but have been doing yoga for past 2months in lockdown. I really want to dive in calisthenics. These videos are great but I-m looking for a more stronger workout. Do you have any fitness app or workout plans for people like me?

I've been looking to get fit again for quite some time, and while I do Intermittent fasting, I feel the need to start MOVING again!
So this is exactly what I needed. I got to sweat! Yeaaaahh. I feel a little bad having to do a beginners' routine when I used to be in good shape. But letting go of pride is step 1, right?

Hey Lucy! Love your Workouts! I was wondering if you can make a Beginner Workout Plan for like a week or so because I am really confused how to start out: ) or maybe you could do a video talking about how to make a good workout plan for calisthenics, gain muscle and loose fat? Keep up your good work: )

Hi Lucy! Thank you so much for this video. I am trying to start to see workouts as a way to improve my health and become stronger, instead of just focusing on my body image. I was wondering if you could maybe create a plan or workout program for beginners. Thanks again!

Just wanted to say, this routine is the reason I managed to learn real push ups! And today I did my personal best - 8 full push ups in a row! Never thought I could do even one, and look at me now!
Thank you so much for this video and all the work you do!
