Full Body Calisthenics Workout - Intermediate Level - At Home - No Equipment Eleonora: First round: okay!
Second round: okay.
Third round: o-o-o-kaaay.
It was super interesting and the right kind of challenging! I-m finding my favourite exercises to be the less typical ones, the ones where you have to use all of your muscles and concentrate on form. I-ve recently gotten really int yoga and now I-m looking into callisthenics too and. they actually resemble each other. Definitely the refresh I needed from the same old weights exercise I do at home!

Hello Lucy, I have been doing your routines from a week now. I really enjoy it and what excites me is may be your positivity when you explain about workout. I think that motivates me to wake up in morning for the workout.
Request: please can you prepare a stretching important for calisthenics routine. I feel that end of the week can be a stretching routine to work on balancing ability would be a nice idea. Thank you!

I'm really inspired by your journey! I've been feeling a bit aimless not being able to go to the gym the past few months to do my usual weightlifting. The videos of yours I've seen so far have made me feel really hopeful that I can still maintain/build muscle doing calisthenics at home. Just finished this workout and I'll definitely be sore tomorrow, yay! I can't wait to try more of your workouts

This workout was so good, couldn't complete the whole routine, but this indeed a start. You are awesome to do the moves slowly at first so that we could get a hang. I am interested in strength training, and doing it without going to a gym is such a joy. The goal is to not only loose fat but also gain strength. Thank you so much for the rountine. Please make more such videos for various levels--

Hey Lucy! Tks so much for all your videos. It is helping me a lot to reinforce my back and arms for the yoga training teacher I am following. This training is painful for my arms and neck and I am feeling the kind of training you are doing will reinforce my strength. Thanks a lot! If you have any advice on how to combine both yoga and your calisthenics training, I am all ears: -)

Just said to myself the other day that I could willingly devote 30 min at night to a workout. When you posted this yesterday, I got right into it. It was difficult for my body to keep up with, and I've been so sore today all over, but I'm excited to do it again tonight: ) Thank you!

just finished this workout and this was killer! I'm working on my push up game so i literally died doing the incline push up for 3 rounds but i stuck with it. Also had to modify the tricep extension but otherwise felt super accomplished by the end of it. thanks for sharing!

So I started this workout and was a bit annoyed after the first set. I thought it was too slow and there was a lot of down time with all the talking. Let me tell you something. After the second set I was begging to go back to the first one. Such a great workout. More please!

Hi Lucy, this was such a great workout! I have started it a bit full of myself, after more than a year of consistently exercising. thinking it looked fairly easy. Boy, was I wrong. :) Great workout, kept me challenged, and kept my heartrate up. Will be doing it again.
