Hello Lucy, love this video. Love to stretching, it is like rewarding your body. My favourite is quite simple. Cat to cow stretch and child pose (very relaxing. :)

Has to be the downward dog. It stretches the arms, back and legs. I am always very grateful for a good neck stretch at the end of the day though

I LOVE STRETCHING, I HAVE A PLAYLIST OF STRETCHING VIDEOS
Pigeon pose and every neck/shoulder/back stretch are my best favourites
