Full Body HIIT Workout - 20 Minutes I 30 Day Health Kickstart I Lucy Lismore Jo: I am not as advanced as you are but I'm also not a complete beginner and I found it quite challenging! Very enjoyable though, really pushed myself. I love the concept of reps you used because unlike just doing the same reps again and again (like in soo many workout videos, this wasn't tiring to the brain. I just really liked this one, I will definitely go back in a couple of days and try your other workouts. I didn't follow your 30 day Health kick start chronologically but it incorporates so many videos that I find helpful for my own journey. Sometimes I like doing workouts just by myself but often it's easier to follow someone on the screen. I used to do Tom Daley's for months because they were just perfect for me but I had followed your advice videos for some time and I wanted to try out different workouts so I thought why not do one of Lucy's. Don't regret it a single bit, as I said, I'll definitely do yours more often. Amongst a few other fitness people, you've really been helping me with my routine. Thank you! x

After the first set I thought it was over and was ready for the stretching, already thinking it had been the hardest workout yet and I really pushed myself to finish it. Then the second set started and for a moment I was shocked, not really believing I could continue. but then I pushed through that moment, told myself I was strong enough and now I am sweating, panting and almost dead but really proud of how much energy I had in store!
I still definitely need to work on my cardio though, it's my weak spot

Hi Lucy, Thanks for the video. We went away for the weekend, for the first time, in a very long time. I kept being active, took multiple walks on the beach, when on trail walks and just stop once to rest at the end of a rapidly going up stairs. Made me feel so proud. I also fell of the wagon when we got back, had no energy, but lucky after two days of loafing, I started exercising again and focus on healthy foods.

Looking forward to this! I have almost reached 30 days of healthy eating and exercising and for the first time I am starting to see and feel small changes to my body. It helps me to keep pushing and achieving the small goals. All thanks to you though Lucy! What I have learnt from you is invaluable and thank you so much for giving me the kick start I so needed!

I felt really anxious after watching a video of myself because I felt big but I was proud that I talked myself out of the anxiety slowly and helped me realise that my body is completely functional and I should appreciate it. Im very proud of my achievement as I've been working on it for so many years now!

This week has not been a good one for my but I was able to move my body everyday, some days was only yoga, other days a walk and that feels like an achievement, but little by little I hope to get back to that place where I feel good physically and mentally.

Last week was a total disaster tbh. But I'm so happy that I started this week properly with this kick-ass HIIT and also caught up on with mobility routine, which was a great end to this stressful Monday. Thanks for these vids!

OMG I did this one today and almost died! The warm up was already really hard, everything else was even harder. But I managed to do it, even if I had to stop the video to catch my breath sometimes: D

I love the way this one was edited with the sounds, music and showing the move in the small square before it's time to switch! My favorite HIIT, I do it a couple times a week at least: D

Awesome Lucy! This looks super fun: D
I'm very proud because I hit my running goal for the week, and managed more than 2km in one go. Yay for improved endurance!
