This is an apartment friendly workout that will not bother your downstairs neighbors! No jumping! Also. I like getting in my cardio without having to feel like I'm dragging my feet on a run. I love when I can pair exercising with music so I'm not thinking about reps or distance. I'm just having fun! And then the sweat and the fat burn just happens! So today, I am introducing to you CARDIO BEAT! Cardio moves done to the beat of the music that you can do right at home. This is something totally new so please let me know in the comments how you honestly feel about it and if you want more

Today on the 23rd December's workout calendar i HATED the first cardio video we had to do and maybe because it's just too hard or something or it's because this video gives me so much positive energy? I love the first song and Cassey smiling and moving my arms and legs just for some reason this specific routine makes me so happy! So instead of feeling guilty about switching the days workout video to something i like I'll do this here on out when other videos make me happier to do as long as it's the muscle group of the day that should be fine?

I never comment on videos, but I have been following your account for years now and felt that I needed to shine some light. After a long quarantine, I am holding myself accountable with the 28-day workout calendar for beginners. Normally I falter with these challenges and end up skipping days and feeling like I have failed but you make working out so much fun that I look forward to it! Day 4 of beginners calendar and there's still many moves I really can't do at all but I genuinely feel like I last a little longer than I did the past days so baby steps! It really does help that you're so encouraging every step of the way. I've never done any fitness before cause I just can't stick to it, but I have a feeling this time it'll be able to complete it.

I haven't done formal fitness in a while (like using a workout regimen, and this is the first time i smiled while taking a class! I'm using your beginner calendar and it's actually beginner friendly! it's not so hard that i want to tap out after the first day and quit fitness and movement. Thank you so much Cassey, I think I'll stick to this one this time!

Dear Future Grass, this video is PLENTY OF FUN! It's a great way to get in some cardio. I don't typically like cardio except for dance and maybe jump rope and because this video is dance-inspired, it totally worked for me.
Tip: prepare for sweat and have some water nearby. You'll also need a lot of space for this video.

Cassey! Reshare this workout! Its FANTASTIC! Im sorta mad I didnt know about this one ages ago. I use it as a mood booster, or whenever I need a quick cardio boost, or as a warm up for the 28day summer sculpt. This is FUN! And the middle of the workout dance move is my favorite, I smile the entire time!

Cardio day is the day I dread the most and I have to be honest when cassey said Im gonna make cardio fun I did NOT believe her but boy was I wrong! I never had so much fun doing cardioI actually smiled during most of it! Who am I! lol Im exhausted but so satisfiedcant wait to feel the burn tomorrow

This cardio beat workout was so much fun! :) I felt like I could go at the pace that I needed (beginner over here) but still feel like I was keeping up since I was going with the beat of the music. Looking forward to the next cardio days in the 28-day Workout Calendar for Beginners!

I love this routine. We just added a new little one to our family, and I often like to start with the beginner's calendar when baby is a few months old to ease back in to Blogilates after a pregnancy. I always start feeling excited when I get to this video!

I just started working out again and I never felt burn out after a workout, but I'm pushing myself to do the best I can! Thank you Casey, your videos are truly inspiring and they motivate me to get out of bed and start moving my body, right at home!
