Day 2: it was easier this time i think my body's adjusting to the exercises yay-
Day 3: todays my rest day so that i don't tear any muscles-
Day 4: i stretched before doing this exercise so im not as sore as last time i feel really good-
Day 5: i didn't feel like doing it today but it doesn't mean im giving up-
Day 6: im starting to see little differences in my butt, waist and hips im so happy and excited lol-
Day 7: rest day-
Day 8: i rested today because my period was on and i didn't feel like it-
Day 9: i did my exercise today and i feel great-
Day 10: -
Sorry guys I took a 7 day break due to a few things like my period and getting sick but i feel better now and I'll do my exercise today
