Before workout: 33
20 days past workout: 34
My routine is alternate days and no special diet, but I do miss out some workouts when I'm too tired from work. I must say it does have results omg! Just need to dedicate myself more and I'm sure more positive results gonna come through! Thanks Ivana

Day 1: Omg i skipped so much and took lots of breaks
Day 2: Had a break a-bit and didn't skip
Day 3: Tiny bit of breaks and still no skips, i don't know how i managed to do it 3 days: D
