Hey Ivana! I hope you see this. Will this work out be enough on its own daily or do i need to repeat it? I-ll also do cardio/arms/legs.
Also most of the love handles are above my butt, does this work for that?

Ladies it's important that you take a 8 to 10 second rest between workouts and repeat 3 to 4 times for results also maintain a healthy diet.

I just wanted to know if love handles are the excess fat that sit around the hips or the waist fat?
