I-ll be doing this workout for two weeks. I want my butt to me rounder and just a little bigger I hope this workout works. All I keep trying to do is squeeze my flutes through these but on some of them I struggled but I did all the exercises

Day 8: - Gettjng kinda unsure if it-s only doing one side of my butt but I-m not sure
Day 9: Rest day
Day 10: I finished it but I had to take a 5 min break in the middle to help my parents hopefully that doesn-t change results

Day 12: - I-ve gotta be honest guys I aren-t rly seeing results-.

I-ve done this for two weeks. I honestly not sure if it-s done much imma keep going because I do enjoy it

I'm going to do this workout for 2 weeks and then the intermediate one.
Day 1 - Done! Took two extra 3 second breaks in between.
Day 2 - Done! Took one 3 second break during the finisher.
Day 3 - Done! I did it with my dad. We enjoyed it so much! Thank you

day 1: not quite hard (did the stretching pre booty workout )
day 2: sweating
will keep updating. (btw started side booty & hip workout for mornings)

So are we supposed to squeeze our buns or anything during these exercises? I want to get the best out of them. I am 60 years old and my butt sagging flat. I want it back

I want to say-Beyonce has SURGERY to change her butt. She was famous for her -big ass- but. it was NOT big actually! Now its big.
