My Dr. requested me to stay off my feet as much as possible to help with my wound recovery & I miss the GYM not just the physical benefits but right now it's the mental aspects for me. I've had bouts of depression & food cravings that I cannot control as much as I was when I was working out. Been doing my best to do workouts sitting down with some weights & resistance bands but it's not the same. Just a few more days & I should be able to be back in the Gym. CAN'T WAIT! Keep up the great work Mate!

Hi Fraser, I would like to ask you a tip. Then, now i'm bulking so I'm in a slightly hypercalic diet just accumulating fat in the lower area of abs. What I want to ask is: before you continue to be in hypercalorie advice before making a deficit phase to get that accumulated fat or tips to continue to building and take it later? -

Yes yes yes, I sleep so much better now that I work out. Only been working out for about 7 months now but it's crazy. I know my body more also -
