Awesome video. I don't think one can break it into any simpler terms: P Do you have any tips on the amount of protein per meal? I heard conflicting opinions. Some say you shouldnt eat more than 30-35 g (maybe 40 max) of protein per meal because of the whole protein consumption business. Some say it's just a myth. Also, is there a preferred amount of carbs to be taken right after the workout (typically with the protein shake). Thanks man!

fraser, because everybody says something different. 120g cooked skinless chicken breast (i bake it. how much protein does it contain? i know its a simple question, but you will help my mind a lot.

hey bro whats up? currently im cutting. im 90kg-200lbs. im not under 12% bodyfat and im eating 210-220 protein. is it enough or do you think im risking losing muscle because im cutting?

What happens if I reach my protein goal, but not my carbs goal, will that make me get lean faster? Or will that not produce great results?

In a 200 pound male i got that needs 2050 calories to cut, not 2000: ( I multiplied 180 per 14 and I got 2050. am I correct?
