Wait wait wait. that is a lot of pills to pop into your body on a daily basis.
2 fish oil tablets. (You can eat hemp seeds, or food for this and save your liver at the age of 50+)
2 vitamin D tablets (You can eat food and save your liver)
1 vitamin E (you can eat this from food, but I get it, this is for your hair. isn't it. ;)
1 vitamin C. (This is for that light skin complexion. isn't it? ;. )

Hi, I like your videos, I started to follow you recently, I wanted to ask you. the chicken breast macros, per 100gr are in cooked, or raw, and as you load it into MyfitnessPal. I know that you cook a lot of chicken and keep it in a tupper, weights previously the raw chicken to get the macros or not?

Two questions that I have;
1) I am currectly trying to built abs. Should I aim for a diet with a lot of calories or should I keep it low? And how much calories should I consume?
2) Is eating rice or spaghetti (small portion) good?
I am also a woman, don't know if it is any relevant or not -

Just a note. Be cautious of using the microwave. There been some significant conversation about the dehydration that microwaving causes. Additionally the microwaved food lingers in your colon.

Im taking an exception with all these meals, they are not very healthy. Eating ceral and oats followed by sweet potato. Average person will just get super fat from that

How does he get so much protein from so little food? His breakfast oats couldn-t possibly be 50g of protein and for lunch 100g of chicken does not equal 40g of protein

Fraser Wilson I have a question. Why are you always using almond milk instead of regular cows milk? Is it healthier for getting lean? Or are you just lactose intolerant?
