Focusing on your Nutrition is a MUST if you want to attain abs and keep them visible all year round. It-s very common for people to do Ab exercise after Ab exercise, because they read in some magazine that if you do these 3-4 exercises you-ll burn belly fat. So they go, they workout and focus on these -belly fat burning exercises- without ever paying attention to what-s most important changing your body fat composition. And that-s what you are putting in your mouth. Breakfast is a big one where people go wrong. Understand this: training is a very small component of daily health. There-s only so much you can do in those 1-2 hours of daily training. What happens the other 22 hours needs to be accounted for. And if you-re shooting for vitality and optimal performance, you will need to take full consideration of what you consume on a daily basis!

That looks so good! I basically do the same thing every morning but I make oatmeal instead and if I want protein I'll eat boiled eggs with it or add peanut butter but what you did here is very awesome and looks so scrumptious! I'll definitely have to try this! Also real quick what kind of puffed rice did you use here?

Hey Fraser, I just recently started eating this breakfast and to me it has been tasting really sweet. I counted up the grams of sugar and there is about 7 grams of sugar in this breakfast. Is that okay to have in the morning? Or did I buy the wrong products

Makes 3 pancakes. Top with zero cal syrup. Macros are 427 cal 47g pro 8g fat 27g carbs. Equally filing, much less carbs

Nice. I dont eat breakfast during the week (I do IF) but i still love my oats. Oats and peanut butter is honestly WAYY better than cereal. Its just too good, reminds me of rice pudding in a way and its healthy.

I make a really thick porridge to cut on the milk, with oats and a massive tablespoon of peanut butter to treat myself every morning. It-s absolutely delicious and full of protein.

A better option would be to prepare -overnight oats- before going to bed, put it in the refrigerator and have it after you wake up.

Can u pls answer this bc I-m trying to get abs and I-m allergic to almonds or any nuts so can u tell me what milk to get instead
reply

dude Almond milk just no. First of all it's not milk and second it contains about 2% of Almonds and 98% fillers. just no

For endomorphs are people in a plateau: Forget both the puffed rice and the peanut butter, isn't gonna help.
