Just finished this workout. I'm definitely in the beginner group! Can't say I didn't do a bit of swearing to complete. At 61, I'm looking to build and tone and most workouts are geared toward those younger and more fit. Do you have a more beginner friendly series that I could purchase? I've done several of the dumb bell workouts that are 30 min, but the advanced HIIT workouts are too much for me as yet.

Hey Dan, my dad just started working out and he had been using this workout for awhile but now he feels its becoming too easy but all the regular HITT workouts he feels are too hard for him. Could you make a mediocre HITT workout by any chance?

Really nice workout. If you haven't worked out for a couple of weeks, you can get back started with this and increase progressively.

Good stuff. Good for us apt dwellers in NY. had to modify a few jumping things (because, apt) but regardless, a solid workout.
