This upper body workout at home will challenge you, so get your mind right and give this workout all you got. Take breaks when needed, but push through to the end. You got this! Let's work on getting stronger today. There are 5 rounds in this workout: Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps, Back and Chest. Each round consists of 5 exercises, then we'll complete each round 2x. I'm using one set of 30lb dumbbells (14kg, but I'd recommend a 2nd lighter set as well for some of the exercises. For example, I would have dropped down to 20lb dumbbells for the pec raises/flyes in the final set. Not necessary, just a suggestion. Grab some water and let's go! This change in routine seems to be just what I needed. I've been doing the same routine for 3 months now steadily increasing weight and decided to try something different. Haven't felt this blown out in a while even considering the fact I dropped my usual lifting weight by 12 pounds so I can follow along. I was even having trouble doing the cool-down stretches at the end since my arms were so tired. I think I will be moving to follow along routines for the next few months. Kudos man!

Pros:
1 30min
2. Long Hair
Cons:
1 Short rest periods.
2. Some unweighted exercises, and some just weird (but few of the latter.
3. Says that different weights could be used (in the description. (Not a big problem)
4. An ad in the middle of the vid.

The 5' love handle, the ultimate 5' Lower abs, 8' AB workout, 5' total ABS, all with no rest. + this training! I really loved it! The sequence of the program is really great Dan! Suits me perfectly! Congrats and thank you ++++++++++

Guys van someone help me? When he says on set of 30lb dumbells ( 14 kg ) it means that one dumbells does 7kg, so 7+7=14? Or one dumbells does 14kg so 14+14= 32 kg? thanks ahah

I really appreciate the stretch/cool down at the end of these intense workouts. I wasn't getting them in with the first six week shred, now it's part of my workout. Thanks Dan!

Great workout! I would love it if you would show the preview for longer because I need the time for set up. I have to change weights more often than you do.

I really enjoy the pace of these workouts. My heart rate stays high but I'm also lifting fairly decent size weights. It's a great combo.
