WOW! This was a lot of fun and still difficult, love the idea of mixing abs in to break it up. There is no way I could match this workout at a gym. I used to find myself skipping abs because they are my weak spot and I used the excuse I didn't want to lay on the nasty gym floor now I have no more excuses and can feel a difference. Thanks for your creativity and keeping the workouts fun!

I almost finished this routine but I woke up around 2 a. m. this morning with a headache and have not been back to sleep so I ran out of gas and started getting dizzy but before that this workout was awesome can't wait to finish it along with that I haven't eaten very much calories today either so that could have contributed to the dizziness

I am a nocturnist at a level one trauma hospital. I have gotten in such good shape with your workouts that I can sprint up stairs and across the hospital to report to code blue situations. and still have the stamina to save a life. Thanks to you, my patients are more likely to survive!

I am surprised with the quality and the quantity of your workouts, please keep going! Some static exercises might be really interesting too, like in the training of cirque du soleil

Aha leg bodyweight workouts are hell lot better than with weights, loved the ab sessions also in between. Great workout mate
