Toughest one so far, looked up at to see how much time was left only at 77%. Had to dig in pretty deep but stronger for it. Dripping buckets over here. appreciate the challenge thx TIFF x DAN

Thank you, i tried this routine and i could only do the first 20 minutes of it because i haven't done cardio in years, i will gain more endurance with time.
