101 Dips a Day Challenge - Get Results in 30 Days
Today we have 101 dips a day challenge for 30 days for a for big shred chest and triceps. We will perform 10 different types of dips) for 10 repetitions each. In the last set, we will do 11. You have two options for completing this challenge. In the First, you do all your dips push ups in one 50-minute workout or even less if you can, where you rest between sets as much as you need, but no more than 3 minutes, or you can perform these 10 sets during the whole day. It's up to you. The main thing is to try to do this workout(challenge) for a 30 days every day and do not forget about the pull and leg exercises for the rest of the body muscles.
