101 Pull Ups a Day Workout - Get Wider Back in 30 Days
Today we have 101 pull - ups a day challenge for 30 days for a wide V - taper back and biceps. We will perform 10 pull - ups exercises (10 different types of pull-ups) for 10 repetitions each. In the last set, we will do 11. You have two options for completing this challenge. In the First, you do all your pull-ups in one 50-minute workout or even less if you can, where you rest between sets as much as you need, but no more than 3 minutes, or you can perform these 10 sets during the whole day. It's up to you. The main thing is to try to do this workout(challenge) for a 30 days every day and do not forget about the push exercises.
