[HD] Expedition Everest Front Row POV - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain in Disney's Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World. Careen through the Himalayan mountains on a speeding train while avoiding the clutches of the mythic Abominable Snowman. - Disney World website Expedition Everest Legend of the Forbidden Mountain is a steel roller coaster built by Vekoma at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The ride is themed around the Yeti hiding in Mount Everest. It is listed in the 2011 book of Guinness World Records as the most expensive roller coaster in the world. Including sets and extras, its total cost was reported to be US100 million, following 6 years of planning and construction. It is the tallest of the artificial mountains at Walt Disney World and in the world. Contrary to popular belief, Expedition Everest is not Florida's tallest mountain. Expedition Everest stands at 199 feet tall (61 meters)while Walton County's Britton Hill is 345 feet tall (105 meters. It is Disney's 18th mountain-themed attraction. - Wikipedia and DisneyWorld website For those who don't know it yet, A real life Avatar Land is coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom in 2017

How intense is this? I have done Splash Mountain, Test Track, Maelstrom, TTAPM, the Disney Quest Simulated Coaster, and Pirates. That dropping sensation is what gets me (The Splash Mountain drop is the most I can do. I am usually ok with speed, but Test Track was a little bit too fast.

They changed up the ride a little bit. At the end of the projection showing the yeti tearing up the track, there used to be this huge ROAR. I bet it really messed up peoples ears so they got rid of it.
