[4K Excellent Low Light] Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith Disney's Hollywood Studios. Dark Indoor Roller Coaster ride. Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith (commonly referred to as simply Rock 'n' Roller Coaster) is an enclosed launched steel roller coaster ride at Disney's Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort and at the Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris. The coaster accelerates from 0 to 57 miles per hour in 2. 8 seconds (making this the second-fastest attraction at the Walt Disney World Resort, behind only Test Track. The riders experience 3. 5 G as they enter the first inversion, more than an astronaut does on a space shuttle launch. Wikipedia and Walt Disney World website Filmed 12/16/2015

Of the 4 Disney World Parks, I would have rated them in the following order: 1. Magic Kingdom; 2. Animal Kingdom (nearly a tie); 3. Epcot [far worse than the top two and essentially just the worlds biggest gift shop]; and 4. Hollywood Studios [a complete waste of time with only one attraction worth visiting - Tower of Terror]. Hollywood Studios spends fortunes on theming areas that are obsolete within 2 years. The Rock and Roller Coaster has not aged well. Star Tours did not age well and I suspect that Galaxys Edge will do the same on a massively larger scale. Imagine in 5 years when they try to get people to spend 450 to build the tacky flashlight lightsabers. Even so - Disney World is a great destination visit (opening to 2: 30 at Animal Kingdom - the remainder of the day and early evening at the Magic Kingdom to catch the sights and fireworks. I stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge with the giraffes and other wild savannah animals on the same grounds. It was quite an experience.

My wife and I went to Disney World in 1999, and we were walking down the street to ride the Tower of Terror when we passed by the Rockin' Roller Coaster which was in the finishing stages of construction at that time. We noticed a uniformed cast member standing at the open gates to the ride, and she was ushering people in for an unscheduled sneak preview of the ride. We went, and it was one of the best roller coasters I've ever been on The ride officially opened about a month later, and we rode it again when we went back the next year.

ten years ago, when i was 7 (i was just diagnosed with type 1 diabetes) i went to disney and got on this ride, my blood sugar was around 300 before i got on the ride and i actually passed out in the middle of it and my blood sugar ended up dropping to the low 60s. so within like 2 minutes my blood sugar had fallen that quickly and i think thats a perfect example of how hardcore and fast this rollercoaster is

I rode this and I was freaking out in the beginning because I was scared for it to go upside down, then I was fine because my dad told me it didnt. then we got in there and then I saw the head/shoulder straps and Im like OH NO WERE GOING UPSIDE DOWN. I hate going upside down but it was actually really really fun, not as bad as the ones at like six flags.

I have THIS ride to thank for getting me to conquer my fear of going on upside down roller coasters fifteen years ago. It's the perfect first ride because you can't see the track at all so I just had to bite the bullet and do it. Got off the ride loving the g-force sensations, and I've been an adrenaline junkie ever since

watching other people on it doesnt do it justice. its an experience ride. when it propels you into the pitch black you feel weightless going into loop so secure your bag tightly the wort part is the waiting, i rode it the morning of getting to the park as it was my first fast pass and wow what a rush to start the day

I hate rollercoasters not because of fear of heights, drops, loops, getting stuck etc. I'm very claustrophobic and one time the seat belts on disneys test drive were messed up for me and when they would tighten you couldnt loosen them, so the whole ride I could brearly breath as it was choking me and I panicked

This ride was amazing For anyone like me whos afraid of coasters this ride is so smooth and fun My tip would be ride in the first 3 chairs you feel less of the motion. It goes by so fast and its pretty dark but theres a lot of illumination inside so its not so bad. Dont forget to scream and smile
