[HD] FULL Amazing low light of the New Pirates of the Caribbean Ride at Shanghai Disneyland 2016. Front Ride POV of Pirates of the Caribbean Battle for the Sunken Treasure at Shanghai Disneyland. Edima Oku: It's rare for me to comment but I just gotta know. What if an English speaking person wants to come here and all the characters we love speak a foreign language. I feel that would upset me. This would be my favorite ride if it were at any other Disney but it isn't it's in shanghai. Amazing because it's so huge but seeing as Disney is in fact English I don't see why there can't be dual language. Unfair to non Chinese speaker. Besides for something as universal as Disney all peoples from everywhere( French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian all languages) should understand a universal language which is English. Even if they know bits it'll make much more sense than an entire Disney experience in Chinese. There should be no reason why we can't do a dual language situation and have people train their ears to their language. That's just what I feel

I actually read some sorth of little message going on here: The ride starts with famous scenes from the original ride and turns them into skeletons (jail scene) but immediately after starts with the transitioning from the old ride to the movie ride (skeleton turns into jack) and then from there on everything is onlly movie related and nothing form the original ride is left. As in: yeah the original was fun, but that times has ended. The original is 'dead' and here we have the new movie based rideAm I the only one that reads this into it? I think, design wise, they may have meant this.

This is such an incredible attraction. Best Disney has ever done. I just rode it two weeks ago for the first time. This video, while very well done, doesnt even begin to capture how amazing the music, physical sets, and screens all blend together in such a perfectly orchestrated way. If you are a serious Disney fan, you should really consider a trip to Shanghai. For this ride alone, its worth every penny

Everyone seemed to like Tron the most, but Pirates is seriously the BEST ride I've ever been on My husband and I went to every Disney park in the world (except for Hong Kong, and Pirates in Shanghai left us speechless. Honestly, these videos on youtube just doesn't do it justice (although this is a great video.

From jack's intro onward, I thought the ride was pretty spectacular. However, the throwback at the beginning seemed rather empty. If they had animated the dog with the key scene or even had the original music for a short bit, it would have given a little more acknowledgement to the rides that already exist.

The screens seem like a lazy way to skip out on animatronics. They're cool on the walls - like when the ships are fighting, to make the rooms seem bigger. But in situations like on the ship, where Davy Jones was on a screen through a window, that was lame. Disneyland still has the best PotC.

Amazing ride. I went just before closing, after my kids had gone to bed (too scary for them, and pretty much walked straight on. I had no expectations, didn't like the movies. I went round again immediately afterwards on the last ride of the night.

The Harry Potter ride in gringotts does something similar to this. But to be honest I wouldnt sad if we could keep the one we have in Disney land. Considering how much it costs to even MAKE CGI media ride in the first place.

This is one amazing ride. It was so immersive, so grand. I mean the size of the scenery and theming were so hugeYou could just feel how expensive it isThe boat goes forward, sideways and backwards. absolutely recommend

The use of those screens along with the props and sets is perfect. Rides like Kong in Universal Orlando are the wrong way to do it. I love how immersive this is still with major screen aspects included
