Tragic. to me that Disneyland has gotten so far removed from Walt's original vision. NOW Disneyland is about the sensationalism of STAR WARS and INDIANA JONES etc which were not created by Walt. Let's teach kids and families to blow up the galaxy. Kill KILL KILL. Let's of course add the ridiculous admission price of over 150 dollars a day. 200 to build a light saver. 50 or more for mediocre food. Let's spend over a billion on Star War's Edge for basically 2 attractions. and some food courts and gift shops. Forgive if I prefer the Disneyland of 1980s back. where an annual was 100 a year, a summer pass was 40, and the attractions were charming, family oriented, and educational. Where entertainment was vast and cultural. from Polynesian shows at Polynesian Terrace, and melodramas and wild west shows at Golden Horse Shoe, to ragtime at Coke Corner, New Orlean's Dixieland, Blue Grass in Critter Country, Jazz at Carnation Plaza, dancing at Videopolis and house bands in Tomorrowland playing Top 40, and charming educational attractions like America Sings, Voyage thru Inner Space, Fantasyland fairy tale attractions etc. NO. now let's focus on BLOWING THINGS UP. WAR. wow. As a teacher today. it is sad when I see so many kids that simple can't afford the ridiculous prices for annuals, foods etc. In fact in truth it cost my sister less money to take her family to Hawaii for a weekend then Disneyland for weekend. TRAGIC. I'll let the Millennials blow up the galaxy. at Star Wars Edge. Even other lands had slid into mediocrity. I remember the days at Blue Bayou where the cuisine was authentic Creole and the changes specialties every weekend. now they serve overpriced dishes that are not really Southern. and put a little French name after it. such as A la Maison. . and pass some cheap chicken pasta dish. off as a specialty. for 40. TACKY. NO THANKS.

I went on this ride today. Ive never been on a drop ride before so I was quite nervous in line. When I got on I just went with it. I was afraid of all the things I read online about people hating this ride and that it was a nightmare. The drops started pretty quickly. But as soon as the first (somewhat small) drop, I knew this ride wasnt going to be that bad at all. I felt a weird sensation in my stomach but it wasnt as bad as I thought itd be considering youre free falling, it wasnt an uncomfortable feeling. This made my fear disappear and by the time I was at the top, I wasnt afraid. But overall this is an awesome ride, I totally recommend it for everyone. Just know theres always LITTLE KIDS that go on this and seeing them makes you braver and confident. :)

I rode this in May of this year (2019. I didn't have any idea how the ride operated / the mechanics of the ride. I didn't know it shot you up and drops you down at such a high rate of speed. I almost pissed myself the first time I rode it. I was in the front row holding on to bar and eventually had my head digging into my brother's shoulder next to me. Needless to say I wasn't expecting the ride to operate the way it does and it definitely caught me off guard. One of the best rides I've ever been on.

Wow I just got on this today. As a person who as with age is less capable to handle crazy rides. this one was definitely intense. The good part is, if heights are part of your fears. this ride is indoors. the bad part is. it goes up and back down relentlessly. your soul leaving is a great way to describe the feeling. What made it more uncomfortable was the lack of handle bars. it's just a seat with a seatbelt. What a crazy ride.

I don't get some of these comments. Don't people do any research on the rides at a park BEFORE going on them? If you're squeamish, I recommend doing that. Free fall rides like this one are definitely not for the feint of heart/stomach. If even rollercoasters make you a bit dizzy, don't go on free fall rides. I used to hate them when I was younger, but now I like them. :)

I'm sorry. throw in all of the neon lights you possibly can. But I'm always going to see the Hollywood Tower Hotel - Tower of Terror's foyer. Throw in all the gadgets you like. But I'm always going to hear Rod Serling's voice. Though I've never been on this particular one, you leave my Florida one alone Sure I live 4, 500 miles away in England. But it's still MINE

We took our 5 daughter's ages 11, 10, 9, 4, and 3 on this ride in 2017. And we had no idea what was in-store. 3 out of 5 cried. And I just about had a heart attack. Glad I can say I went on it, but will never EVER do that again
