Science has proven that most experiences are improved when shared with another human. Are you going to argue with science? However, the science isn't settled on whether or not a robot can be used in place of a human. I do know one thing, I yell at my drone as if it were human. That must prove something. Anyway, here's a day out in the wasatch mountains climbing east provo and provo peak and skiing down both of them. All alone. Some days it feels like it's harder to find someone to get out with me than it is to keep my socks matched after a couple wash cycles

I enjoy watching your adventures, especially when you are by yourself. It is inspirational for me because I am always by myself traveling, or kayaking, or wherever I happen to go. You are absolutely right about how hard it is to get up and do things without friends to meet up with. You have a lot more nerve than I do, though. I've never attempted mountain climbing, nor hiking out miles from anywhere. Stay safe.

Great video! Know the feeling. At 69 I still solo. Went to Windy Pass 2 days ago, Nov 12. 4 days ago bushwacked above Tibblefork. But I can't imagine skiing to Provo Pk in the winter
Trying to think how you accessed it. Snowmobiled to base or actually skiied from Rock Canyon or Slate Canyon or Shingle Mill Canyon?

Talking to your drone is fine. unless you have given it a name. Then we might need to call in the guys with the white jackets. Now, if someone else names it, then you're off the hook. Bruce? Bubbles? Crazy Larry?

You're the man, top effort for all your filming, can't imagine what a pain in the but that must be. I'm old now, but in my youth as a nurse with midweek day's off I had to do most of my climbing missions by myself.

Unfortunately all my friends are losers haha! so I just bag a peak or something every weekend solo. It sucks but I'd rather die alone in the Wasatch than sit and play video games all day or whatever

Idk why but I always find myself more daring when I go exploring alone. probably not a good trait but ay, whats living 30 more years gonna do for me anyways am i right? laughs in insanity

These trips really remind me of the Hangover, and the three best friends that anyone's ever had, not sure who gets to be Alan.
