Just wanted to give you a heads up on a couple of things.
1. The outdoor seating at Topolino's is not resturant seating. You can't be seated out there for a meal. There are sofas for enjoying the view, and bar drinks, so you didn't really miss out when they didn't have the seating open.
2. You CAN get a luggage cart to move your stuff to and from your room. You mentioned in a Universal vlog that Disney doesn't do that, but they do. at least at Riviera.
3. You may have already figured it out, but you got a great price on your stay because Riviera is actually Deluxe PLUS. The most expensive resort on WDW property, and not a moderate. They LOVE having your family at Disney.

Also im so happy Baby Jackson got to ride with my Aliens finally! I used to work there before COVID hit and I have been waiting for the day Jackson could do it but he is a big toy now and ate all his veggies to grow super tall so he can ride! Hope he had fun swirling!

Jen youre doing so much better than I would on the skyliner. Id tell everyone to sit and not move until we reach our destination lol if their lucky I might let them breathe (totally kidding about that)

Love taking these trips with you guys! My children are grown up but I do remember trips with my children when they were young and we did things much like you. Take out food. etc. Jackson is adorable!

Good Breakfast.
WAFFLE HOUSE: cheese eggs, hashbrowns, sausage or bacon and raisin bread with apple butter. Add coffee and OJ and you have an AWESOME breakfast. Price is great, too.

Not sure if anyone has told you yet, but Jacksons blueberries need to be smooshed or cut into quarters! blueberries are a huge choking hazard until around ages 4-5 years old.
