oh wow, 56 Fahrenheit is about 13-14 Celsius. that's like t-shirt Spring weather for us here in Belgium: p It is minus 13 degrees Celsius tonight. that's about 8. 6 Fahrenheit. Hate this cold! Dry skin, my hands are so painful because my skin cracks open, my lips keep cracking horrible, I was not made for this weather! :p BUT I do understand it's 'freezing cold' for you guys. Same as 82 F is burning HOT for us already! :-)
I do think it's funny because when you guys are saying it's cold, you can totally see which people are the tourists and which are the locals in your videos: ) The ones in t-shirts and shorts are tourists for sure! haha: )

You can make your own butter beer topping to put on a cappuccino:
For the Cream Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butterscotch topping
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Whip up the cream and then fold in the rest of the ingredients.
