Im from Puerto Rico and I can honestly say that I have never heard of a BT empanada. It would have been better if they had pastelillos instead of empanadas. Also the carne with the Mofongo looked disappointing If you ever go to PR I recommend trying the Mofongo with our special Mayoketchup (its nothing like the mayoketchup you can buy in the grocery stores in the US. We basically put it on everything! (Mofongo, Rice, Fries, etc)

Women deserve guys that look at us and fight for us like Jackson looked at and fought for another bite of beignet I doubt many babies have tried Mofongo and beignets. He is going to be an eclectic eater and thats so awesome.

commenting a little late, but the BT on the empanada represents what is inside of that empanada. there is a local empanada place I go to and they do the same thing. it helps differentiate between the different types: )

Oof, those coxinhas were so small and they had not enough filling at all. As a Brazilian I'm a bit sad, but I'm glad you guys liked it anyway. And the brigadeiros! Those looked really good!

As a Louisiana native anytime I go to the parks I bring a little bit of Tony Chachere's with me because things just arent seasoned quite the same. Maybe bring some of that next time.

There are soo many good Spanish restaurants in the Orlando area that I think Jen would love. I love pernil with rice and just on some Cuban bread as a sandwich lol
