Its a cool spot. #1 in the country though No. Probably was better before the corporate chains moved in. But you wont find the best food there. Yeah, good food in the big corporate hotels. Clear water though No, its clear green in the morning but as the sun moves across the sky, the water begins to look mucky. Oh, and the locals are total ghetto trash. Yeah, go inland and you will find that it isnt anywhere near as exotic as its name, Clearwater. But it is a beach town and also situated not far from Tampa. The region itself has an awesome layout. You really are close to so many things to do. Downtown Clearwater is small but pretty with a small strip of restaurants. St Pete Beach is about 18 miles south with Treasure Island on the way. There is much to explore in that area. Downtown St Pete is awesome!

with even the hotels, having swimming pools (if you get sick of the beach) One thing that I noticed when I went
on holidays to Bali, around 12 years ago, whilst working in the North Western Australia, while booking the holiday
to Bali, which I had gone a few times, although usually to Thailand. I was looking to book the hotel, and was
impressed by a renovated hotel with a ROOF-TOP POOL that also had a ROOF-TOP BAR, that combination
is a good-one for holidays-makers, and if I remember correctly had also booked a similar hotel in SOI-10 in
the holiday beach resort area of Pattaya, which had a roof-top pool, roof-top bar and a surround sound system.

Politicians responsible for Pinellas County(The Most Densely Populated County in FL) are out of control. The amount of new construction allowed in the Tampa Bay area is off the charts and the influx of new residents have made traffic here next to unbearable. I never visit the city of Clearwater Beach. it's an elbow to elbow zoo but there are plenty of people who sure don't mind that type of environment. just brutal what has happen to the Tampa Bay area.

Great video with so many details! I'm planning to visit the area later this year so it was helpful to hear the prices of excursions. There's so much to do in the area! I also appreciate that you mentioned the prices for beach parking. I'm not sure if that would apply to me because I was planning on using rideshares while I am there (hopefully that's an option. I may also research the trolley that you mentioned too.

I was there back in 1993. Changed a lot since then! I will be back for sure! We where their in December and it was funny to see the locals dressed up like crazy saying it was so cold. Here we are from cold ass Northern Quebec walking in T-shirts and shorts enjoying the weather. We had a pizza at Caeser's pizza and the owner kept saying COLD and we thought he was saying COKE the whole time.

Something else of note in Clearwater proper for those of us whom have dogs is Enterprise Dog Park. It has to be one of the best dog parks in the country. It's a dog heaven and if you have not checked it out I highly recommend it. Just wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to do just as much running around as the dogs do haha.

They just did an 84 million dollar renovation of Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater that includes an awesome Amphitheater that includes the Sound, a splash park, playground, bluff overlook etc. a nice sorely needed addition for downtown like the riverwalk in Tampa or the Pier in St. Petersburg.

We love CWB and the surrounding areas. used to travel to mainly the Orlando area for a tradeshow and then we discovered the gulfcoast area!
The tradeshow moved out of Orlando and back to Indianapolis (a great town as well) and we've been going back to the CWB area ever since.

Love Clearwater Beach; thanks for a great video. I used to visit my Dad in St. Pete and go to Clearwater Beach all day. Our favorite place to eat was in Indian Rocks beach called Crabby Bills. Hope it's still there! Don't worry, Be Crabby!

The best thing I did was leave this city its nothing to do boring, I live in Hallandale Beach which is next Miami and Hollywood Beach the night life is amazing and its always some were to go and enjoy yourself.
