I'm making the first dish for my wife tomorrow, I was going to use the chesse sause, but I could find one that sounded very good so I got a tomato based sause from italy so what the hell why not. I don't know exactly what the meat was so I'm using pancette.

Gotta check out Ravenna in the winter. light snow, pretty sky, boarding is cheap, and around Christmas/new year's/holiday time they have festive lights everywhere and this cool projection show on the monuments exclusive to the season

I agree, from outside it looks kind of boring but inside is AMAZING! We were at the beach everyday and seeing great sites too. Ravenna really is amazing. I will definiately go back

The basilica is fantastic. Not much to look at from the outside, but inside is great. And the fact that it is close to the beach makes it even more reason to visit Ravenna.

Spent four years there many years ago. I agree with just about all you mentioned. But, man, calm down, take a deep breath, the world is not ending in the next moment.

You nailed all those pronunciations, chapeau! Squacquerone is very hard for non local Italians too. Thanks for sharing these clips about my beloved hometown.

Didn't know that the Byzantium civilization stayed in western Europe long enough to make an impact on antediluvian Italian architecture.
Fascinating

Btw, i think you should do a video on Turkey, as soon as its safe enough to travel of course. I'm not sure how family friendly it is though.
