I so don't get how you guys get to enjoy so much good food, and yet stay so slim and trim - sure wish I could do that! I gain weight just WATCHING you eat, I'm serious! Those silhouette people are amazing! That ornament/pin is really pretty, and the idea is really cool, even though it's pretty expensive. I have to agree with Jenn, Tim - when I used to stay at a new to me resort, I'd want something branded from there - and most times would end up with a t-shirt, 'cause there wasn't much else - until I collected mugs for awhile, especially the refillable ones. But also collected coffee mugs - wanted to commemorate my stay.

One day if I ever have the means I will spend a week at the contemporary waking up every morning to Cinderellas castle and going to bed to the fireworks every night. I love the idea of doing Jacksons silhouette every year. Those things are great. One of my favorite souvenirs from my trip last year!

If you love BLT and considering DVC, you can always do resale (you just wont be able to use points for Riveria but you can rent your points and stay cash)- save yourself probably $10k or more. Just giving my unsolicited advice.

Haha! Also Adam just stayed there too but got the 4th floor. Not a grand view bit it was ok. What do you guys do, coordinate the times you stay at the same place so it's not the same week?

I love the idea of getting a silhouette every year! Another great souvenir we got at Disneyland for my daughter was a mini parasol (they also have full size) embroidered with her name on it.

True story: I ate way too much at The Wave when it was a breakfast buffet and I actually vomited it all up on the guardrail outside of The Carousel of Progress. anyways, they have great food!

Not sure if someone told you already but the Christmas store in Disney Springs actually sells all the resort ornaments. We have a contemporary Mickey and Minnie from last year

Now I low key want room 8226 instead of the Savannah view 1 bedroom I have booked at AKL in May. I mean I know Ill be happy regardless and both will be magical.
