People in Japan aren't using those masks because of other sick people, maybe a very small percentage might be but 95% of people in Japan wearing masks are doing it because if the very very poor air quality in fact people from Japan recently started to buy bottles of Canadian Mountain air. Pretty crazy huh? Just do some research and you'll see!
