Competitive advantage can come from so many sources ranging from strategy implementation, operational efficiencies to market research and critical thinking. Sustained competitive advantage comes from the protection, a moat, such as a copy write or patent. Its true that one company can hold an advantage over another by something as its culture, inventory control or customer service but, in my opinion, over time, are unable to sustain it.

I like the part of treating customers as life time customers. It's nice seeing that your hard work makes them keep coming back. I work at a loan company and that's how we keep in business. I was looking at getting an MBA at Louisiana State University Shreveport or Louisiana State University. What is your opinion on those schools?
