Had someone in my seat that I paid extra for. She proceeded to throw a fit like a two yr old. I just stood there looking at her like I would a screaming two yr old. The lady that was seated beside me was amazing and laughed when I made the comment of my 10 yr old behaves better than this grown woman. It took three flight attendants to get her to move from my seat I paid for. She showed out so bad they had to have her removed from the plane. Idk why ppl think it's ok to do things they shouldn't do and then to act like they are entitled.

My flight with H. A. was absolutely amazing! For my first ever first class experience, it really was special for me. My family rode both ways from Phoenix to Oahu to Phoenix in July 2021. They gave us anything we needed, the food was delicious, the drinks were super great (and we got our boarding drink, the bathrooms were clean, the blanket was so nice my whole family brought them home and we still use them. I rate it an A rated flight!

I would explain to the flight attendant or person in my seat, that I thought the way it works is, that you are allowed to see what seats are available and then pick the seat you 'd like. This way, when you come on the plane you will know where you sit and to be able to have the seat you wanted.
I would then ask, if that's not true, what does allowing to reserve my seat actually do?

When my husband and I travel together, we book the window and Aisle, leaving the middle open. The reason we do this is that we always ask the person in the middle if they'd rather have the aisle, we have only had ONE person refuse, but i think it was because she had a language barrier: ) But we NEVER sit in the middle seat when we do this, cause we always ask.

This video is incorrect. The longest domestic nonstop flight is Boston to Honolulu. Another fun fact: the longest one-stop domestic route is Boston to Guam, connecting in Honolulu. A total of over 8, 800 miles between those two flight segments. And you'd need to take Hawaiian on the first segment and United on the second.

Since I'm from Hawaii I was happy to hear we didn't rank the worst. I do realize we could do better but honestly that is the best Hawaii will offer. And even 'that' they think is top notch lol.
