Thanks for alerting me to the surgical mask business. It looks like I will not be traveling on Finnair, Swissair, Air France, Air Croatia, or any German airlines, or LATAM.
I will also not travel to Europe, because these countries keep deciding on yet more pointless lockdowns. I will not deal with countries that treat my travel plans with disdain. I was considering Italy, which I haven't visited in 5 years.
Perhaps Brazil?
I used to travel widely for fun; now I've limited myself to diving in Cozumel and road trips in the US. The latter are new, and I think they have been great fun.

From Toronto Canada to Florida or any other southern US flight approx 4 hours plus. The first class is No where near that. It-s more like a premium economy. Starting at 2k which is insane. For a slightly more foot room and a meal- this is the same with air Canada, west jet and I forget the other airline. Only airlines with direct routes to fort myers. Even a flight to Vegas didn-t have a decent business class etc. and it-s almost a 6 hour flight. And this was pre pandemic times. I wish we had decent aircraft within North America. I can fly economy on an exit row seat for $500 ish with return.

Yeah I also loved that blueberry juice. So smooth, so tasty. But about the meal. You have to order in advance. Finnair gives you 48 hours before flight to order it in their mobile app or website, you can even choose vegan or vegetarian options. Then after that period of time they calculate how many people ordered in advance and what they ordered, and then prepare the pre ordered ones. The passengers who didn't order in advance, will get the basic meals like the one you got. It's so food wouldn't go to waste.

That was NOT a better mask. Those disposable masks are worse than your own, which it seems is washable, if it's clean of course.
Anyway, I'm relieved to see Finnair has upgraded their BC, because last time I used it, I was sat in one of those seats that have armrests as wide as economy seats. And everything was manky and barely working. The service was fine, the food was good too, but it was definitely last-gen. Granted, this has been 6 or 7 years ago.

I live in Singapore. Great fan of Finnair. Use it for Europe trips. Don-t mind the layover at Helsinski at all. Great service from crews every time, clean & stylish cabin. Great finish meals and those fabulous glassware. Keep up the good work and hope to fly Finnair business class again

This is perfect timing as I'm flying business class with Finnair from London (via Stockholm) to Bangkok in a couple of weeks so I'm glad to see my money is being spent on something special as it will also be my very first A350 flight so I'm really excited about that.

Lol, jebus christ, The hatred of other passengers is real. There-s a whole world that doesn-t have access to businesses class ticket for a trip on a whim. I wonder if the 1% knows that there are other people in this world.

Well-blazered
I'm strongly attracted to the idea of Flying Business class with Finnair - and their glassware is much more of a pull-factor than I would have throught possible. But the food on this particular flight was sub-standard.

A phenomenal price, but the stained blanket. -
Seeing the sanitation issues with Lufthansa 747 in business has made me shiver previously (and I fly that plane next Feb) but that blanket is a new level of discomfort.
