I recently traveled from Moscow to London via Istanbul in Business Class with Turkish Airlines and it didn't feel very premium at all. They straight up lied to me when the flight was delayed by an hour in Moscow and simple questions about next steps when stuck in Istanbul for the night were treated like a massive inconvenience to them. And on the second flight from Istanbul to London my meal still had foil all around the sea bass so I had to remove it myself which wasn't very luxury at all.

I flew on Turkish Air 5 years ago from Washington DC to Istanbul and back in economy class and the food and drinks were incredible, along with excellent service and leg room. Turkey is going through some rough times now with inflation at 70%, and that's one reason i will not fly with them now. I am going to Greece in October and can fly on TA in business class for half what other airlines are charging, but will pass.

I always fly with Turkish Airlines and Business Class. I can tell you that I've always had the best experience. The food is always amazing good and delicious, the planes are much much much better and comfortable than many other airline companies. What I don't understand is, if you're not satisfied and complaining all the time about Turkish Airlines, why you're flying again and again with them?

I think its just you, or they took feedback. It's appalling this happened to you, because on my one and only flight on Turkish Business (it was on an a330, admittedly) they were super polite and it had great food. Even in economy the staff is nice. Shame on Turkish for giving a premium paying customer a lackluster experience. Unacceptable.

Hi, sorry to hear that you have a very horrible flight.
Why not, give them (Turkish Airlines) another chance. Choose another route say Amsterdam to Singapore or Geneva to Kuala Lumpur or Istanbul to Jakarta. Who knows the service onboard might change for better. ----. Ok -

I can totally agree. We flew business with them on two seperate occasions and they managed to make us miss our connecting lfight in Istanbul each time. This resulted in 6 hour layovers there. All we got was food vouchers for the Istanbul airport public food lounge.

I would ask for that person's name and report them(To be given a Warning) If they apologized I'd let it slide and say well. They must have had a bad day and was just on the edge. We all have those days. But not apologizing is something else entirely.

WOW! Unacceptable being verbally abused by staff! Absolutely no excuse for that. For the price tag you should, and receive better all around. Thank you for this review. I will know never to make such a costly mistake where I won't be appreciated.

As a Turkish citizen watching this hurts me, cause i have nothing but great experience with them from Turkey to other destinations vs US to other destination Turkish Airlines.
I do know food is terrible when i travel to turkey vs coming back
