Sorry but this was not that great of covrage, no full service shown or amenty kit and you were too tired for the return flight to show us anything. Not a full comparison between the two flights. The whole point of these flights is to show us much as you can. Like your videos but not impressed with this one, you should of spend a day or two in Japan and regrouped with full energy for the flight to Frankfurt! When you are so tired and for good reason, it shows!

Most people would say 'you're crazy' to do this trip. However unlike most people I'm an airline professional/AV geek & one year went to TYO 5 times for a long weekend (3 nights. To be fair my girlfriend was Japanese! Great video mate as usual -

The rookie mistake is to fly 1st class to the airline's hub instead if starting the journey there. Why? The catering is most of the time best out of their home base (of course, only if you order that country's cuisine.

I did something very very similar back in 2000. I flew SJC-NRT-SJC just over and back on the same plane. Took about 21 hours if I remember. AA had just put the new 777 on this route and I just had to try it out!

Quite comical that decades and decades after first flight travel that some seem to still believe jet lag exists. a myth that had descended through time. ask a 1st Officer! I do find it amusing

Lovely, but looks like an otherwise pricey extravaganza. And honestly, flying F on Ana, and the J back (which is pretty awesome too) is hardly a difficult thing.

i wish that i could see those flight maps on my ipad, but not while on a plane. When i used to travel that was my favorite thing about it, the map.
