Antigua In the sparkling Caribbean Sea, just 3 hours from Miami and 8 from London, is the largest island in the nation of Antigua and Barbuda. Check out the coolest things to see and do in Antigua. Antigua: Begin your #Antigua #vacation in the port town capital, St. Johns. Mix up a little history and shopping down by the citys quays, where old shophouses have been given new life as cafes, bars and duty-free boutiques. #Visit the old Courthouse, now the home of the national museum; walk the ramparts of the harbors fortifications. North of St. Johns, find Runaway Beach and Dickenson Bay, home to some of the purest sands and finest resorts in the West Indies. On the islands eastern side, visit the historic sugar plantation, Bettys Hope. A few miles east, feel the power of nature at Devils Bridge, a natural arch carved by Atlantic waves. #Explore Half Moon Bay, Mamora Bay and English Harbor. From English Harbor back to St. Johns, its just one perfect beach after another. Some say there are 365 beaches in Antigua, one for each day of the year

I have been lucky to have been to Antigua twice now. Its simply beautiful and i miss the country. I have been to other nearby countries nearby and i have to say Antigua remains special to my wife and i. We had our honeymoon here 2014. We will be back soon as possible. To see those sunsets on the beach and those colorful waters again is a must.

Truly a beautiful Island.
Do not stay in your Hotel, hire a Car and explore.
Last October, stayed a week at the Hawksbill Hotel, which is ideally located in its own Bay.
Most enjoyable with all staff friendly and welcoming.

Could you have imagined what Columbus would have done if he stayed a little bit longer? Expedia please try again. Equality, knowledge, and integrity will move us forward in 2020.

So why this Ad has a fake Jamaican accent? Caribbean people do not speak like that. I thought we were pass this. I am a proud Antiguan. Yes you should visit us.
