The great wall of china is the largest symbol of slavery and murder that always follows. It can be seen from space. as they and others play the iko iko flag game. as has always been the case in the ancient world. Why do so many worship the ancient past that is gone. never to return again. It's easy to show evidence of China's fingerprints in Egypt too. just as it is in Rome. assimilation masters and slave chains still linger. Though many Chinese wish to finally break the Chains / Chain reaction / Slave chains. It will implode. It will collapse under its own weight. TAKE THE GREAT WALL DOWN - It's an insult to the world.

This is a very well made film -- just enough of long shots and closeups. And nice music. As the viewer you feel in good hands. I have seen many photos of the Great Wall of China and they have been very impressive, but this film is something else. When you see it on a big screen it makes you feel like you have been there yourself, climbing those steps and seeing the wall continue over the mountain tops in the distance. Truly amazing. Thank you very much for going to all that trouble of making it and then sharing it like this.

Magnificent photos and walls. However, how crazy are we humans to create such a wall to keep the Mogols out. Their horses would't have traveled very well in these locations. Also, built at what financial and human cost? Astronomical, I'd think? Nothing has changed as it's a bit like the South China Sea island building we have seen over the last few years Things just end up being of a huge interest to all and sundry, but not a real good defence decision.

Is it hard to see this castle in America? Here in East Asia, these fortresses are developed. Of course, the fortress walls are developed in our country. As China is a huge country, the fortress walls are enormous. Currently, the existing length is 2, 414 kilometers. The original length is 2 to 2. 5 times the length of the current length. This length corresponds to 1/8 to 1/7 of the circumference of the earth. I enjoyed your video very well.

very nice, must tell you my 1987 Great Wall story, I was with a tour group, the parking lot was packed for of tour buses, it was crazy crowded even back then, I had my Nike Air Pegasus high tech running shoes, I put my camera away in my fanny pack, and I jogged along the Great Wall far away from the crowd, it was tough running, up and down, the most fun was exploring the guard towers.

Great photos and what a beautiful clear day you had. It would have been nice if you added commentary. Many people in the west have never heard of Jinshanling much less know where it actually is or it's history. While I have been there I certainly did not have such great video-photo equipment as you have. Regards & thank you, templemain

And again another one of your excellent videos. I came here in 1985 after China opened up its borders to foreigners for the first time in many years. These Terra cotta warriors are extremely impressive. Filming was not allowed in those days. Have they relaxed their policy? Thank you very much for posting.

I like this section, compared to the Badaling section which I've been, which is very accessible but also quite a lot of people. This section does not have as much repair work, and I suppose the farther the wall is from Beijing, the more real and original it gets.

It can be seen that you did good homework, so you choosesed Jinshanling instead of Badaling. Next time when you visit to China, try to video Mount Tai in Shandong, Huashan Mountain in Shanxi, Shaolin Temple in Henan, Dunhuang Mo gao Grottoes. Thumb up
