Mawazine Festival should be #1 to be honest. It has the most musical diversity one can ask for. With many stages, bringing the biggest pop acts, rappers, rock and roll bands, biggest DJs in the game, biggest Arab singers and most talented acts from everywhere else. It also has other artistic events included, like street performers and so many other things.

3: 33 Yeah, I guess you could guess that. But you know what they say about assuming. The inaugural event ONLY was indeed held at the base of Mount Fuji. hence the name. Then it was held one year in Tokyo, and the last 20 years it's been in Yuzawa, as stated. which is about 100 miles/160 km from Fuji.

Good. i was getting angry when i didnt see Glastonbury in the top 10 and then it was number 1. I wasn't expecting that. i only have other British festivals to compare it to and it trumps all of em. It is fking awesome. glad i attended before they had to tone it down tho

How did Splendour in the grass, which is basically a shit coachella for people with an oxymoron of an identity as posh yuppy hipsters, make the list but festivals like Ultra Music Festival, EDC and Defqon. 1 didnt make the cut?

I've been to 4 of the festivals listed and I still think EDC Las Vegas is the best. Haven't been to Burning Man yet but that might be the best of all.
