The best hike in Europe is England Coast to Coast. St. Bee's Head to Robin Hood's Bay. You can include an extra day for Hadrian's Wall. I also think that the Haute Route is top notch. And the Dolomites in Italy are wonderful, better weather, friendlier people, and good food. You could also include the Cotswalds.

I agree about the West Highland Way, Tour du Mont Blanc, but I must say you completely missed it regarding the Isle of SkyeThe Skye trail is about 80 miles and takes a week to complete with high point being the famous Trotternish ridge with 1750m of cumulative ascents and the best views all around over the isle

Come on, the Fairy Pools are nice but they have no place on this list. Its like including a Honda Civic in a list of Top Sportscars. I mean, it is not even the best hike on Skye, that would be the hike up to the Old Man of Storr.

Tour du Mont Blanc=stunning. Every inch of it an amazing journey. Its basically the John Muir Trail of Europe, but with lovely accommodations and food never more than an hour or two apart. As good as it gets.

If you ever considering going hiking in Northern Sweden, don't. Watch The Ritual on Netflix and reconsider your choices. Southern Sweden is better, no?

You picked the most known places not best places. Carpathian/Tatra mountains, Sudeten, Austrian alps, this is what I like.

I've done about half of these including the Tour du Mont Blanc, and I have to say you missed out on the Italian Dolomites
