Hi, I'm local shanghainee. I don't agree some of the destinations u memtioned. like the 10th, it's not part of shanghai untile several years before. It's 2 hours metro even more from the city center. No. 1 No doubt u r right, the bud is a must. We acutely have a lot places full of really culture and close to the life in shanghai.

Love the list and I def would love to see these places but no even honorable mention for Shanghai Disneyland? It is Uniquely Disney but Distinctly Chinese and is so different from all the other Disney parks worldwide. That said, I completely get the list _
