I once took Cebu Pacific from Manila to Dubai, about 9 hour, and I booked a seat in one of the sides with just two seats in the row, almost in the very rear. It cost around $125 for the ticket, so I took advantage of their offering to be able to buy the seat adjacent to you for another $125. So for $250 one way, I had lots of space with no one next to me. The cheapest economy seat on another airline at the time was around $350 one way, so it was a great deal. I added more for luggage, and a hot meal. The flight was on time too.

Noel! You da man!
Thanks for another fun video
Im curious though
If you pack 460 passengers in a plane built for 300 how do the weight dynamics work?
I mean airlines have been forcing us to travel with less and less weight in our suitcases and here they add 160 passengers and their luggage!
A little baffled lol

DVT express good one! While their A320s and ATRs are fine to ride on this one sounds crazy. Cant argue with the price if you just wanna get from A-B and can deal with the discomfort of narrow seats and much fewer bogs. I admit I cant manage being jammed into a can like this, fair play to you Noel for taking these hits for us!

Most people fly Cebu Pacific, even though Everyone knows it's a Shitty Airline. Why? Because it's cheaper than PAL. Customer Service is Non-Existent. I am guilty of flying on it myself, for relatively short flights. Anytime I fly internationally, it's always PAL, Delta, Singapore Airlines. You get the picture.

lol nice review, bearing in mind the A330 has a normal exit limit of 440 people. Cebu has gone the extra mile for modified exits for accommodate another 110 extra on top of 440 to make this happen. So in a way its a unique aircraft given no other A330s has such mod

Being as uncomfortable as you appear, wouldnt work for me. You head looking like its crammed up against the bulkhead of the plane. My question is what if theres bad turbulence, youd end up with brain damage. Especially sitting over three hours.

I love the no bs of Cebu Pacific. They really know who their customers are and will really drive home the meaning of LCC. I'd rather save big on a plane ticket and use the savings for whatever else on my trip and CP knows this.

I mean I'm super impressed with their ability to pack their planes, 460 seats is beyond insanity. I just watched your Manila > Dubai video, and to see you back on one of these flights again is a testament to your. dedication. ;)

I could since I'm just 164cm tall, but if the price is the same I might opt for the AirAsia flight to Don Muaeng with A320. I'm more confident with their food and the seat would be much more tolerable.

Just flew this plane to/from sydney and the meals are AUD$18.
Its a very uncomfortable plane for a 7. 5 hour flight and definately prefer flying with Philippine airlines on this route.

460 seats, this is INSANE. I'm not claustrophobic with most things but this might bother me a bit, being in that close proximity to that many people in a small space, NO THANKS!

i wanted to try the a330 but cebu pacific changed the aircraft to a321s so maybe next time (probably not with them, they're too strict with the amount of checked baggages like ryanair)

460 people times $150 is $69, 000 dollars and if you add any extras they paid for luggage and food easily a $72, 000 revenue flight. not sure what the profit margin would be on that.

Other bonus of this flight (apart from price) is that you fly from the modern terminal in Manila. The Phillipne airlines terminal is an absolute hellscape.

I had the feeling of a super crowded plane recently, when I flew with Ryanair with a Boieng 737-8200 and there were about 200 passengers on board.

Hi Noel love the videos, can I ask what search engine do you use for booking flights? And any tips for finding cheaper business class tickets?
