Join us at the Bushcraft camp as we cook fresh trout in the wood fired oven that we built using rustic 100 year old clay bricks. It now also has a cedar tile roof so we can cook in the rain without it affecting temperatures too much.
James: Where are you guys in England? I'm an American from Massachusetts living in Compiegne France. I've cooked rainbow trout, brown trout and Brookes on the open flames years ago. Sliced onion goes well inside the trout too. Date: 2022-12-16
