MSQ shows a great alternative to a pothanger, where he uses only one. It's in one of his videos where he's hunting and camping for 3 or 5 days if you wanna check it out. Basically, he cuts a wedge on the tip of the stick from which the pothangers will hang from, then simply makes 3 notches on the pothanger which will then rest on the wedge-cut stick (which will, of course, have to be tied at a slight upward angle, and so he can simply use one stick and move it up and down. He, however just jams the stick for the hangers into the dirt and puts a rock or two on top of it. (guess it's just because it isn't permanent. I really love your idea though, with two sticks with a bit of branch on it tied together and then placed snugly on a fixed pole That is awesome Love the swing-action homie. Just thought I'd share the idea though, cheers

emf. everyone denies it's bad for you in this country but everyone I know living near a substation or 66 kV lines and upwards aren't very healthy. diabetes heart trouble arthritis kidney problems etc. I was told a story once by a hot glove linesman who said that his friend had been joining live High voltage conductors and he was holding both pieces one in each hand. the emf was distubing his mind so much that he could not bring them together. even his partner on the radio could see it affecting him from the ground. I am sure also that canals may help direct such forces as High voltage lines energise lower voltage lines in the vicinity. if you work on or near a 11 kV line and it is near a 33 kV you need a shut down on both

I've used test equipment to check shielding on microwaves in recent months, interestingly the test specifies that the meter must be 4cm away from the microwave door. If you test at that range that's how you're supposed to do it but if you move the tester into closer proximity to the door you can see a massive increase in leaking from the microwave. At least on the ones I've tested. At 4cm they pass but any closer and the readings get much higher. From that I conclude that it's okay standing in front of a microwave whilst it's operating as long as you aren't closer than 4cm to the door.

I so enjoyed this video in the series, its my favorite so far. I have suddenly got a liking for bushcraft videos on YouTube. There are so many different survivalist and they each have videos similar to yours, but, I must say that so far your bushcraft camp is by far the best. I also think that survival lilly has one that comes in a close 2nd and the only reason is she used nails to make hers, but it was still very very good but not as Totally Awesome as yours I love watching your videos and your puppy is just adorable

If you have any cedar in the area, gather the cedar leaf, enough to fill a pot and fill with water and cook it down to half. Scope out the leaf and press out any liquid in them and then continue to cook down to a quarter of your original liquid amount. Filter through a cloth into a spray bottle and spray the dog down and then rub it into the skin to deal with fleas, mites and or ticks. You can do the same for yourselves and be much more comfortable.

I dont know if you still look at comments on these videos, but i was always taught that when hitting a nail into wood, you'd grab the hammer by the end of the handle and I noticed you were grabbing the hatchet further towards the head, i don't know if it is different, but you might want to try I, it could make hammer those steaks into the ground a bit easier and faster.

I love theory time, and this is the first video that I've seen with Mike's Dad in it, and what a special relationship I think it is an example for all. So few of us spend good quality outdoor time with our parents or, in my case, my grown kids. About 15 years ago, I bought a log cabin in the North Georgia Mountains and we have had some lovely family time up there.

Electro magnetic fields are not connected to illness in anyway. The World Health Organization has been studying this for over 20 years. Over 25, 000 scientific articles have been published and none have shown a link between EMF and adverse health effects. This is all from the WHO. THERE IS NO CONNECTION BETWEEN EMF AND NEGATIVE HEALTH CONDITIONS.
