Join us on this bushcraft trip where we continue building a historic iron age celtic roundhouse using simple hand tools. For part 4 we peel bark off hazel saplings and lash these to the timber frame to make the battens ready for the thatch to be put on. In next episode of the celtic roundhouse series we will be focusing on building the walls to the bushcraft shelter

I ve been watching you from the beginning. I love how you went from building a lean to up to a fort to now building Viking houses and round houses. Houses that you could actually live in long term. Your awesome man.

Any thoughts on how smooth gefixt is doing the same thing but properly? Where is your foundation? Not traditional lads! You did it first but your doing it wrong. Its just a shack thats round at this point.
