I got my heart broken a couple months ago by a guy i had been with for 5 years. He treated me horribly the last month of our relationship but i was too in love with him to see it. He cut my off abruptly and immediately got with another girl who was the girl he always told me not to worry about. I never got the last i love you or the last kiss or last hug. i really didnt get any closure. listening to you say what ive wanted to hear for the past few months made me burst into tears. and although it wasnt him saying those words, it gave me closure. thank you for this. thank you for helping me get one step closer to mending my broken heart. its been hurting for so long, but youve helped me truly believe ill find someone and that i can be happy someday. youre changing the world one person at a time. all the love and supportizzy

I know this was made almost a year ago, but it has such a deep meaning that every single time I listen to this song I break down into tears. I didn't realize lyrics could hit so close to home until I heard this song, now I'm only a dumb teenager and you're a full grown man that doesn't mean anything. All I'm saying is that I love you so much Uncle Elton and I hope you continue to stay strong no matter what life throws at you, cuz you are an amazing human being. Your videos have made my life so much better, Whenever I'm feeling down I watch your videos and I always get a big grin on my face because they're hilarious. I was in a 3 year relationship. But he wasn't there for me when my grandma died, he was never around when I wanted to hang out, he cheated on me multiple times. There wasn't many good times at all. I wasted 3 years of my life that I can't get back. He claimed he was always working but never had money. It was very annoying. I don't even feel like there was love there I feel like neither of us wanted to be single. I look back and feel like I was single but had rules.

I am so proud of you Elton and I'm sorry about all you have to go through. If there is one thing you've ever said that I've taken to heart, it's that not every path is made of pavement. You've been through some bad times, we all have. It hurts but the pain you go through isn't permanent. they are just obstacles to test if you are ready for the beauty at the end of that rough path. as soon as I seen that collar it hit. that was it I was crying, I had a husky, I grew up with this dog, it got out of the fence and got scared by a sheep, in the neighbors yard and killed it, after all that the authorities decided she needed to be put down, I felt helpless driving the car that had my baby with her head out the back windshield, watching her home slowly disappear one last time, I love you Lakota I feel for you Elton

I can relate soo hard to this song, thanks elton for this song, its going on repeat right now. You've helped me through tough times that id didnt think i could get through. I'm crying while typing this but i fell bad for you because i know how it feels, my mother died last week, and then my dog this week. We all can relate. omg i never usually cry at stuff like this but damn this got me right in the feelings, i know what its like to lose this part of your life, i got depression and everything once Sasha died, she was the better part of me and no longer having her seriously hurts the soul, not a day goes by i don't think about her, but anyways this is such a heartfelt song better then what other people are making nowadays.

Its crazy listening to this song again. I used to watch TFIL till he said they were quitting and I forgot it and about a year ago this song was recommended and didn't think much of it. Last night I listened again after gettjng back into TFIL a month or 2 ago and in away I felt guilty forgetting about you to hear the pain you went through.
