Soneva Kiri (Thailand, world's most AMAZING hotel: full tour Gee Cee: I love wood but this is seriously a lot- it must get so hot during the heat of the day with all that undulating sun-bleached wood everywhere. No shade covers/umbrellas over those outside yellow cushiony things so it would get rather warm in those also. With all that free ice cream/chocolate for the guests I could see myself arriving in a Bell jet ranger helicopter & being carted off in a Chinook at the end of a stay thereThe villa looked amazing but the pool's bottom could have have been painted blue to freshen it up & make it more appealing, looked a little shabby & dull IMO. Overall the experience looks delightful however, the north beach recreational spot was amazing- loved the hammock in the water. The restaurant dish description written on the leaves was incentive as was the honeycomb self service. Loved the cinema, loved seeing it all actually.

I strongly urge you to stay at the Estates at Pankgor Laut resort. Much better value then any Soneva or Aman hotel. Includes all food (and I mean as much as you can eat, not 1 starter, main course and dessert pp like Soneva full board) and soft drinks, a staff of butler, 2 chefs, gardener and 2 maids. Some estates have a private beach. Transfer from the mainland is by a private luxury Sunseeker motor yacht. The chefs can cook anything you wish for (we had a massive seafood bbq one night including locally caught fish and lobster. For breakfast chef made a buffet in our dining room (god knows much much food went to waste. The resort restaurants are also included. If you want any more info please ask, I'll be happy to help.

Hoi LTE, Wow, just wow This really is a fantastic hotel, definitely one of the best I was well worth the 2 hours watch, only you can film it all this way, AMAZINGIm thinking the jewelry store is more for the show than people actualy buying something from there. I also always wonder why all these luxury hotels have a library. do people use it or is it also for the show? The 5 bedroom villa is so stunning and perfect That treehouse is such a Nice touch with the waterslide, im sure the kids loved itThe food all looks so deliciousI sure hope you stayed there for longer than 2 nights (which seems to be your standard most of the times. Dr. LTE, I think you did a seamless job of integrating drone footage with the rest of your footage. For viewers who object to the length of your video, there's no law that says you have to watch it all at once. But I did--didn't seem like 2 hours to me. Although I found myself craving popcorn--lol. In response to your query, I love to buy jewelry on my travels to remind me of the places I've been. My latest purchase was a sterling silver ring, designed by Paloma Picasso, at Tiffany's NYC. It's a really SMALL ring--haha. Anyway, thank you for this magnificent visit to Soneva Kiri.

you know, i watch this video over and over. i'm still amazed at it all. i hope to one day stay there. i love all your travel videos, especially to thailand and viet nam. my only concern. getting up in my age, while i can still do many adventurous things, the one adventurous thing i am not able to do is eat seafood. i've never been able to eat seafood my whole life. i've tried many different things, i just can't eat it. i see so much seafood in the restaurants you show at the various resorts, would someone like me, who doesn't eat seafood, be able to enjoy themselves?

This hotel looks amazing, but how do you afford to go on these trips? Do you have like 2, 3 maybe 4 different jobs? I would love to know. Also I really do love this place and your video, it is now a bucket list of mine to go there. However I'm not a hotel designer or anything like that but. in the first 5 bedroom suite I wish that they put the master bedroom in a more private area. If the master bedroom and the last room that you showed us was switch I thought it would be more private. But I love the video even tough it was super long, cant wait for the next one.

Something that always bothers me when I view these luxury holiday complexes; with such high profile and rich guests, staying in 'reserves' that are open to the elements, and no way of securing them. How do they guard against the criminal element, that could arrive by sea at night, and easily access these open villas, and do all kinds of mischief? I don't think I'd feel safe there once night had fallen. Is this a concern?

Wow. this Resort is incredible. I've just checked the prices. They are starting from around 1050 Euro/night in March (so far the cheapest month. The room has a size of 4 4 8 square meter: -DThis is crazy. Compared to other resorts ins similar tropical places in behalf of quality, accomondation and service, this is actually a very reasonable price for such an exclusive and luxury experience.

Hmmm. Quite disappointed. Old pale wood everywhere. Just stairs up and down. No green grass. Bamboo all around. Quite sad that nobody swims in the big pool. Only in private pools alone, Missing places for kids adventures and common activities. I would go to such a place when I am sixty and when I want to lay on pillows all day.

Thank you for the tremendous videos like this. I appreciate your attention to details and do not mind the length as I soak it all in. It's as if I'm there basking in the sun or looking at all those chocolates. I will probably never get to go there. Literally brings tears to my eyes to see such places. God Bless.
