You can't imagine, Dr. LTE, how excited I am about the next five weeks. I majored in Anthropology at UC Berkeley (during the early Pleistocene--I am ancient) and was determined to become the next Jane Goodall or Dian Fossey. But I took a temp job at a large and very unpopular California utility company and ended up staying nearly 33 years. Such is life. Enjoyed the flight with KLM. Btw, I estimate that you must speak at least five languages--French, German, Dutch, English, probably some Afrikaans, and. Which language do you speak most often, if you don't mind my asking? ( I speak passable English, school girl French, and enough Spanish and Italian to order food--lol)

I flew KLM from Kilimanjaro, Tanzania to Amsterdam in December of 2018. Everything u said about KLM is true. However their food was not good and their portions are really tiny. Being an American we are used to hefty portions when it comes to meals. I continued my flight from Amsterdam to New York on Delta. I expected it to be worse in every which way. It turned out to be the opposite. The food was great and yeah big portions. Even though the aircraft was old it was more comfortable.

KLM indeed has great staff all around on the ground and air. I am happy to see them make some improvements but do however think they are stuck in their old Traditional ways. Yet thats Dutch culture, consistency. Compared to other long haul airline cabins KLM and Air France arent at the top where they should, for the price its not worth it in my opinion to fly this business class or any business class on the both carriers.

Not so much the routes, but the incredible attention to detail is what sets you apart from other YouTubers. Cannot wait for the Gorilla clip. You will not believe how many trips I have done myself being inspired by you. Next one however will be to Anantara Bazaruto in April. Keep uu the great work and allow the rest of us to dream of all the great cabins and destinations. Greetings from Germany

I am curious to know what kind of photographic equipment and lenses you use, if you dont mind sharing that with us. Your video photography and editing are very impressive and did you say you are a doctor? I enjoy watching your videos and you paint a great portrait of the subject, I. e the location, without vocal commentary and your impressive photography. Love to know the gear in your camera bag.

Even though KLM uses casserole dishes for their main courses in business class, they choose foods that cook well in such environments. This is much better than Cathay Pacific's business class main courses (overcooked steak in casserole dish in their old dining concept, and small portion size in their new dining concept)

I'm confused. If you flew on January 12th 2019 then you wouldn't have had access to the lounge in your video as the new lounge opened in December 2018? Plus PH-AKA did not fly KGL on Jan 12th? Good video but accurate dates help viewers assess an airlines current service quality.
